I want to cancel my order, how do I do that?

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order, you can reach out to us via email, telephone, or by visiting our store. We may apply a modest cancellation fee to account for the resources and time allocated to your order. If your order is not scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery and you decide to cancel within 72 hours, we can provide a full refund, deducting only transaction charges. Please note that cancellations made on public holidays or weekends will be treated as received on the following working day.

Kindly be aware that we maintain the right to decline cancellation requests during high-demand periods, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and similar celebratory occasions.

What if I want to make changes to my order?

Order Modification Policy:

You have the flexibility to make changes to your orders, including delivery address and contact information. However, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • For same-day and next-day orders: You can make changes within the initial two hours of placing your order.
  • For other orders: We kindly request that you make any modifications at least three working days in advance. Bursting Buds will not be able to accommodate changes made after this specified timeframe.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these timelines.

Can I make changes to the Same-Day & Next-Day delivery?

Order Modification Policy:

For minor adjustments like correcting a phone number or address, we are happy to accommodate these changes, provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once your order is out for delivery, we regret that we cannot accept any further modifications. Please note that changes related to the products themselves are not applicable for same-day or next-day deliveries. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

What if something unexpected came up and I have to make some changes or cancel?

We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise, and these situations are often beyond your control. How does Same-Day London Delivery work?

Explore our extensive array of Same-Day delivery flowers, within London (addresses located within the M25). When you place your order before 4 pm, you can expect our dedicated team to personally deliver your flowers on the very same day, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep by 9 pm.

Where do you deliver?

We offer local delivery services to the charming Holland Park neighborhood, serving the heart of London and its surrounding areas. Additionally, our reach extends to the entire nation, enabling us to provide seamless nationwide delivery

How quickly do I receive my order?

  • Enjoy our swift Same-Day London delivery, guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep by 9 pm.
  • Opt for our efficient Next-Day delivery service, ensuring your flowers reach you between 9am to 9 pm the following day.
  • For our Nationwide delivery, expect your flowers to arrive two days after your selected date. For instance, if you place an order on a Monday, your flowers will be delivered on Wednesday. Please note that for orders made on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the nationwide delivery will take place on the following Tuesday."

Exciting news! We offer a convenient Click & Collect service. If you're ordering from our Same-Day flower collections, you can collect your flowers and gifts just 2 hours after placing your order. For orders placed before 9 am, they will be ready for collection the following day.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize if you've experienced any issues with your flower bouquet. Our commitment is to provide our customers with the freshest and most exquisite floral arrangements. Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, can I request a refund?

Customer Satisfaction and Resolution Policy:

At Bursting Buds, our primary aim is to ensure the happiness of every customer and meet their expectations. However, if, for any reason, we fall short of meeting your expectations, please reach out to us to explore the possibility of a refund or redelivery.

You can request a refund or redelivery within 24 hours of receiving your order. It's important to note that these calls should be made during our working hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 06:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we regret that we cannot accept returns. In the event that the product you ordered was damaged upon receipt, we will arrange a redelivery of the product on the next available date for your recipient. We kindly request that you provide us with a photograph of the flowers in their original packaging, sent to our customer service email within 24 hours of receipt.

We collaborate with various delivery partners such as DHL, DPD, and QUIVER, and they make every effort to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. In exceptional cases where the flowers arrive damaged due to transportation, please contact us promptly at +44 207 229 6930 or +44 7383 625 003. We will then arrange for a redelivery on the next possible date or provide a full refund.

Please be aware that if a calling card was left or if pickup was requested by the customer from a local shop, we are unable to refund orders that have been left at the pickup location and collected late. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we are here to address any issues you may encounter.

What happens after I have made the refund request?

Resolution Process:

Once we receive your request, our dedicated team will promptly review it, and based on the circumstances, we will either issue a full refund or arrange for a re-delivery. This policy encompasses the following situations:

  • The wrong order was sent.
  • The flowers received were significantly deformed or differed substantially from their description. Please keep in mind that due to the delicate nature of flowers, minor dissimilarities from the provided photos can occasionally occur. We work with fresh, seasonal flowers that are influenced by various factors like climate and availability, making them inherently unpredictable. In cases where we are unable to source a specific product or its components, we will substitute the flowers with the most suitable alternatives to ensure your bouquet maintains a similar color, style, shape, and size.
  • If there was a severe delivery delay not attributed to natural and man-made disasters, curfews, traffic diversions or rerouting by state authorities, customer payment issues, incorrect customer contact or address information, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
